1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SpareKilo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What SpareKilo is

SpareKilo is an informational discovery directory only. It lets travelers publish available luggage space and lets senders find them. SpareKilo is not a courier, freight forwarder, broker, or payment service.

SpareKilo does not process payments and does not hold escrow. All arrangements — including payment, handover, and delivery — are made directly between you and the other party, off-platform, at your own risk.

3. Eligibility and accuracy

The service is intended for students and travelers on routes between China and Bangladesh. You must provide accurate and truthful information in your listings.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details and listing details up to date.

4. Your responsibilities

Physically inspect every item before packing it into luggage. Never accept sealed or wrapped boxes, unknown powders, liquids, or anything you cannot verify.

Comply with all applicable laws, including China and Bangladesh customs regulations and Bangladesh Customs (NBR) duty-free electronics limits.

Do not use the service to transport anything illegal or restricted (see Section 5).

5. Prohibited items

You must not offer or request transport of illegal goods, weapons, hazardous or flammable materials, drugs or controlled substances, counterfeit goods, currency or negotiable instruments, perishables that require special handling, or anything prohibited by China or Bangladesh customs law.

6. Verification is not a guarantee

A “Verified” badge means a moderator reviewed the student ID or enrollment proof you submitted. It is not an endorsement, a background check, or a guarantee of any person's trustworthiness.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to proceed with any person you meet through SpareKilo.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SpareKilo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the integrity of users, or the safety of any package.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpareKilo and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, seizure by customs, or other harm arising from your use of the service or from any off-platform arrangement.

8. Listings and moderation

We may reject, remove, or flag any listing at our discretion. Listings whose departure date has passed are automatically removed from the directory.

We may suspend or restrict access for users who violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact
